If you agree with the quote that we've sent you and our cancellation policy, please e-mail us to proceed to book.
We require 15 days cancellation notice prior to the day of service, otherwise we will charge you cancellation fee as below.

- 20% of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 14 to 8 days before the service.
- 30% of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 7 to 3 days before the service.
- 50% of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 2 days before the service.
- 70% of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 5pm on the day before the service.
- 100% of your total amount will be charged if you do notnotify us about your cancellation or any changes on the day of service or No show.
Online invoice is sent to you via PayPal or Square. Please check it and settle the payment by 7 days before the service using credit card. Visa, Master or American Express is available.
